But only people who are recorded by Villa as buying home-end tickets at Villa Park will be allowed to apply.
United are set to release away-end ticket details in the next week.
Out of a capacity of 42,460, United are expected to get 2,347 tickets in a small section of both tiers of the Doug Ellis Stand, nearest the North Stand.
Last season, the allocation was 2,800 – the same as Liverpool got last season.
But Liverpool had their allocation reduced "due to persistent standing."
