Tickets
United have got 2,434 tickets in the Apollo Stand (also known as the Milton End). They are priced at £34 for adults, £24 for over 65s and £14 for under 16s.

Tickets for the home section continue to be on general sale via Portsmouth's official website at the same prices as above, though you have to register before buying. More information here.

Touted tickets in the away end are going for about £90.

The match will not be shown live, but you can watch it online. Check this link for streams at 13:00 on matchday

Weather
According to the BBC, there will be heavy rain on the day of the game and during the match. The temperature will be roughly 9C/48F



Travel

We recommend: Fly there for £30 on the morning of the game and then get the train back for £29 siingle. That's there and back for £59, faster and cheaper than a return train or coach, and cheaper than a return flight.

Car - £60
The journey will take about four hours each way and will cost about £30 in each direction in petrol, depending on your car. Add £4 each way on to that if you plan to take the M6 Toll road.68 each way in petrol.

If you're using a satnav of a routeplanner, use the destination postcode PO4 8RA.
The basic route is
M6 -> M42 -> M40 -> M3 -> M27 -> M275 -> A3

Parking - free
Fratton Park is one of the easiest grounds in the Premier League for street parking. There is absolutely no reason to pay to park.
There are usually spots on right hand side of the A2030 before you reach the Good Companion pub.
Another good spot is the streets closed to The Brewers Arms pub. Bonchurch Road, Edgeware Road and Warren Avenue are all free and have a fair bit of space. Getting out after the game is easy enough too.


Train - £52
Fratton station is a 10-minutes from the ground.
Portsmouth station is a 25-minute walk from the ground.
If you book in advance, you can get a single there for £23 and a single back for £29.
If you book on the day, it'll cost you £89.30.

There are nine services that will get you to the game.
There is only one service that will get you home after the game.

Coach - £35
United are running a coach to the game. Places cost £35 per person and the coaches leave at 08:30 from the N2 car park at Old Trafford.
The estimated return time is 21:30. To book, call the club on 0161 868 8000.

The Betty Bus is running a coach to this game. Places cost £35 per person and the coach leaves from Chorlton Street Coach Station at 07:00 and calls at the Bishops Blaize pub in Chester Road at 07:15.

All places have been sold.

Public coaches - £38
Megabus is running a coach between Shudehill Interchange in Manchester. It leaves at 07:35 and arrives at The Hard Stop A in Portsmouth at 14:40. Places cost £17.

In reality it will probably arrive at about 14:00, leaving you plenty of time to get a 10-minute taxi to the ground.

There's no return coach after the game, but there is one the day after the game. It leaves at 15:10 and arrives at 22:00. Places cost £21. Book here.

National Express services takes anything from eight to ten hours and require length stops in London or Bristol. Best avoided.

Flights - £106.98 (plus £17 train)

On the day before the match flybe is running six hour-long flight leaving Manchester at:

07:10 (£75.74 one way), 12:25 (£54.74), 15:35 (£86.74), 17:05 (£86.74) and 18:40 (£96.74).

On the day of the match flybe is running a flight leaving Manchester at 07:45 and arriving at Southampton at 08:50. One way price is £30.74 at the time of writing.

There are no return flights after the game, but you can fly back the following day on flybe at either 15:20 or at 18:55. Either costs £76.24 each at the time of writing.

It would take about 15 minutes to clear security and customs.
The airport has its own train station, Southampton Airport Parkway.

The journey to Fratton takes an hour, requiring one change at Southampton Central and services run every 20 minutes to 30 minutes. It costs £17 return.

As far as I know, the coach will call at the Blaize, but I don't know time information. Email RAT to find out.
