Fans going to home games against Valencia, Birmingham and Arsenal cannot travel from Manchester to Old Trafford by Metrolink.
Trams will not be running from the city centre to Altrincham (or Eccles) until September 1 due to engineering works.
Special match day buses will run Fairfield Street and from Portland Street at least two hours before games start.
Return buses will run from Chester Road and Warwick Road.
