Early shout - Arsenal away

British Airways and bmi are offering return flights to London on Saturday November 8 - the day we play Arsenal - for £92.20.
It might sound a lot, but the match kicks off at 12.45pm, which would mean a very early start by coach, car or train.
On BA, Manchester to Gatwick flights leave at 06.30, 08.30 and 10:00. Each one-way journey costs £48.20.
Again on BA, the Gatwick to Manchester flight leaves at 20:25 and costs £45.60 for a one-way ticket.
On bmi, the Heathrow to Manchester flights leave at 18:20 and 20:50 and cost £44 for a one-way ticket.

Just in case anyne goes for this, you should also know Gatwick is quite a long way out of London to the South, whereas Arsenal is all the way in the North. The Gatwick Express costs £29 return that day and takes around 40 minutes to Victoria, which is then around 30 minutes from Arsenal on the tube. You should also check the Transport for London website as there are often problems/ engineering works on the tube on weekends or Arsenal close certain stations on purpose to avoid congestion.

Vitty,

Your standards dropped this week i'm afraid! Where was the Blackburn away guide? I was stuck in Blackburn town centre with my replica top and jester hat with no idea where to go! Very shoddy!!!
